    Another alternative solution would be to run a System Restore on the infected system. This should hopefully remove the offending piece of software. After completion, ensure you have an up-to-date A/V and Malware solution in place, and run it ensure no other problem exists. For those wishing to try before you buy, I would also include in the list above; Advanced System Care. This has gotten me out of a lot of trouble.
    Sound advice; run alongside another, to catch more problem variants.
