Zelda. How to remove? (Uninstall guide)

removal by Jake Doevan - - | Type: Worms

Zelda is an Internet worm, which spreads via IRC networks. Once executed, it starts its malicious work, which is mainly used to steal personal information from the user. By saying personal information, we mean loggin details, passwords and banking data. Besides, this virus may also give for its owners a possibility to connect to the system remotely or simply record victim's keyboard clicks, block certain websites, download or delete specific files, slow down the computer and cause other malicious activities. If you think you may be infected with this worm, you must remove Zelda ASAP.

This worm spreads on its own through IRC networks and spam. If you want to prevent its infiltration, make sure that you have anti-virus and anti-spyware that are up-to-date. Besides, avoid all links that show up on unknown emails and messages because they may also download Zelda on your computer. If you think you are infected, don't waste your time because it may affect your PC negatively.

If you want to make sure that your computer is free of viruses, scan it with updated anti-spyware. For that, we recommend using Reimage, Plumbytes Anti-MalwareWebroot SecureAnywhere AntiVirus or Malwarebytes Anti Malware. You should do the same if you want to remove Zelda from your computer.
