Intelligent Spyware Cleaner

by Jake Doevan - - | Type: Corrupt Anti-Spyware

Intelligent Spyware Cleaner is a discontinued anti-spyware program. Its official web site www.zzztech.com remains to be active, and its vendor (ZZZ Technologies) still sells security-related software there. However, the application is no longer available. We couldn’t find any working installation package on other web resources and therefore were unable to test Intelligent Spyware Cleaner. Nevertheless, it definitely is a rogue product. According to spyware expert Eric L. Howes, the program actually doesn’t detect spyware, but only browser plugins and running services. Some users claim that it don’t have any spyware definitions database. Moreover, it is prone to produce false positives.

Although we cannot provide our own incontrovertible evidence of the Intelligent Spyware Cleaner corruptness, we DO NOT recommend using this product.
