Turn your PC off. then turn it on and press F8 select Safe mode. From here you are able to run programs like Malewarebytes and Trojan Remover. This should allow you to clean up your PC

FML. It doesn't let me do anything! It changed my background to and ugly green with a black rectangle that says I have viruses. It also says that I can't open up task manager because my admin won't let me when I am the only account on the laptop. And it doesn't let me do ANYTHING.

we do not have a virus i believe but ADVANCED VIRUS REMOVER is telling us that there are bad threats... so i do try spydoctor now after my boyfriend almost trashed the laptop yesterday night cause he couldn't do s***. I will report when I am done, wish me luck..

I have the same problem as the person below. I cant open task manager and i cant get to regedit either. I deleted the Advanced Virus file but i still get the popup n "Click here to protect...."

I can't open task manager to kill the processes. It says "Application cannot be executed. The file is infected. Please activate your antivirus software." any suggestions?

remove it with anti malaware. it is a terrible problem. dont run it on your computer otherwise it will stay good.
