Terms used
The terms "2-spyware.com", "Service", "Site", "we", "us" refer to the operator and publisher of the site, 3T Media FZE, Creative City Fujairah, licence no. 20352/2026, M1 Floor, Twin Towers, PO Box 4422, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates; the term "you" refers to the user of the site.
1. The service
2-spyware.com is a public informational website dedicated to the fight against malware (malicious software) and online scams. It includes removal guides, scam warnings, security news, software reviews and recommendations, a reference of Windows files and processes, and pages built from public security data (see Data sources and methods).
Reading the site is free. Accounts are free. Paid plans exist only for members who want to publish articles (section 4).
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 14 years old to create an account, or older where the law of your country sets a higher age. An account is for one person. Give a working e-mail address that you control and keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- You can change your name and password, and delete the account, in Account settings.
- Questions and scam reports can be sent only from an account. An editor reads them before anything is published.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the publishing rules.
3. What you post
- You agree not to post or transmit any copyrighted, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, violate the rights of others, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
- Posting copyrighted material that is not yours is not allowed and will be removed. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to the site, and to deny access to the parts of the site provided for community use. Unauthorized and unlawful use of the site may give rise to a claim for damages.
- Anything you post or transmit to the Service is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. You assume full responsibility for anything you post or transmit, and you grant us the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any information or content you post or transmit for any purpose.
- Member articles must follow the publishing rules. An editor reviews every article and may return it for changes or reject it; the editor's note is shown in your account.
4. Paid plans
- Plans are digital services sold by 3T Media FZE. Plans and prices are shown on Membership and again in the checkout before you pay. Plans are billed monthly by card through the mr.lt checkout; Stripe processes the card.
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- A plan renews every month until you switch renewal off in your account. Switching it off stops the next renewal; the plan, including followed links, stays active until the end of the period already paid and then ends.
- A plan gives the rights described on Membership and in the publishing rules, such as publishing articles with followed links. When a plan ends, or a renewal payment stays unpaid, the links in your published articles are no longer followed; the articles stay published.
- A plan buys the right to submit articles and the link treatment described there. It does not buy publication of a particular article, a positive review or any editorial endorsement.

5. Recommended software
The site is affiliated with some of the products it recommends, and some of these products are paid. We may receive a commission when a visitor buys a product through our links; see the affiliate disclosure. When you decide to download or buy software through 2-spyware.com, you install and use it at your own risk. We do not take any responsibility for the accuracy or the operation of recommended programs.
6. Links to other sites
We do not review or monitor websites linking to the Service or linked in descriptions, articles and similar content on the site. When clicking links or references posted on 2-spyware.com, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the accuracy or content of those links. You click these links and leave the website at your own risk. Addresses of malicious sites are shown in a disabled form (for example hxxp://example[.]com) and are never clickable.
7. Liability
The use of the Service and the Site is at your own risk. Neither 2-spyware.com nor any of its affiliates shall be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of your access or use of, or your inability to access or use, the Service and the Site and the information available on them, or arising out of any action taken in response to or as a result of any information available on the Service and the Site.
8. E-mails
We send only e-mails that belong to your account: e-mail confirmation, password reset, answers and decisions about your questions, reports and articles. There is no newsletter.
9. Governing law
These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service and the Site shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be decided by the courts of Fujairah.
10. Termination
Violation of these Terms of Use may cause termination of access to the site and removal of posted information.
