A facebook applicaton caused this. I didnt buy the spyware removal pack i just simply did a system restore and it was gone.

Task Manager WILL end the icons both by the clock and desktop. You need to go to MY COMPUTER in the COMMON FILES, you should be able to find CYBER SECURITY - there is and UNINSTALL BUTTON. Worked for me. You must Re-Boot.

Thanks Shelly. It worked.
Tried 2 so-called free software that are supposed to get rid of it and it made it worse. It's almost they were working with that thing.
Anyway, you're right, it ain't hard and does take about 5 mins.

i removed it by killing process in task mananer then search for *.exe and cs.exe appears delete and remove that then reboot it ain't hard takes about 5 mins
