Firsrt remove the virus from memory. Open up task manager. Look for a 3 letter.exe file running. End Task on it. You will know when you have the correct file because AV2011 will disappear. For Vista and Windows 7, go into the control panel. Click on Folder Options. Click on the view tab. Check View Hidden Files and uncheck the three settings immediately below. Open up Windows Explorer. Go to c:users{username}local settingsapplication data
Delete the 3 letter.exe file that you removed from memory with Task Manager. There will also be a long filename that was created with the same date. Delete that one too.
