if you have downloaded this product called messenger plus go to add or remove programs from control panel click on messenger plus click on uninstall support software the lop toolbar will be gone i am so happy i hated that god damn thing

NoAdware is a scam, wait forever while it scans, finds "suspicious" entries that registered Spybot and Spyware Doctor cant find, and then demands $29 to remove the "threats" it finds. Now that really is what I call a free Download

many times when you go to www.lop.com and go to help at the bottom of the page and try to download the uninstall program it says your current security settings wont let you download this program. to fix this go to tools->internet options->security->default level. than put the bar to low and click ok. now download the program and run it and lop will be gone.
