I have received somehow unknown to me the Tune Up Pro set up icon. I have not downloaded it as I have no idea how this icon showed up on my desk top. I certainly did not go looking for it. However, when I right click on it and go to delete, it ads an icon to my task bar. When I right click on that one it just shows a close window bar, but does not go off the task bar when clicked on. It says I need administrators permission to perform this action. I have followed several other removal tactics but it is still on my desk top. Again I have not downloaded so it does not show up in uninstall programs.
