Browser Secure is a suspicious application that tends to initiate various advertising campaigns
Browser Secure by Intriguing Apps is a free application that can be downloaded free of charge from the official website. It has already been downloaded by hundreds of computer users who seek to create a secure browsing environment.
According to the developers, “Browser Secure recognizes online threats so you can browse safer and help prevent irreparable damage to your computer.” It is supposed to check each website that you are about to access and warn you in advance if it is filled with suspicious or malicious content. However, our security experts have investigated this app and want to introduce it from a 'slightly' different angle.
Browser Secure has been analyzed in great detail for a considerable amount of time. The first thing that has aroused suspicions is its distribution method. Although it is promoted on the official website and can be downloaded directly right there, the majority of the users have ended up with this tool right after installing another freeware (the majority of the cases – download managers, media players, software updates, etc.). Due to this fact, it has immediately been attributed to the potentially unwanted program (PUP) category.
Unfortunately, that's not the end. It has been revealed that this tool works like typical adware. It means that once installed it tends to take over all web browsers and start initiating various advertising campaigns seeking to increase page rank, sales, and similar things. Usually, people report about unstoppable 'Ads by Browser Secure', ' Browser Secure Ads', and similarly marked advertisements that tend to show up in a very annoying manner.

In this case, this adware appears to be very controversial. It promises to protect users from landing on suspicious and malicious websites while in reality it seeks to cause Browser Secure redirects to third-party websites itself, and cannot guarantee that each of them will be safe.
Therefore, even though Browser Secure adware is considered non-malicious, due to its deceptive introduction and doubtful activities, it's recommended removing.
In order to remove Browser Secure successfully, you should rely on our instructions below. Also, it is important to have a constantly running anti-spyware program in the future. We recommend using such reliable AV as SpyHunterCombo Cleaner or MalwarebytesMalwarebytes.
After various infections, you may find that your computer runs slower or even freezes. Such problems can cause a lot of inconveniences, so you should also fix system files and other errors after removing Browser Secure. SpyHunterCombo Cleaner can help to repair the system.
Adware is spreading not only through the official site
As we have already mentioned, this particular adware is spread using two methods – direct and indirect. It can be downloaded from the official website manually or as a component of another freeware, which usually happens unconsciously.
Of course, you can prevent the first installation method easily; however, in order to prevent installing adware bundled with another freeware, you should be more responsible and attentive when installing free software on your machine.
It's very unsafe to click the 'Next' button without reading the terms since you may agree with the installation of 'additional components'. In contrast, you should opt for Advanced or Custom installation all the time and unmark ticks saying that you agree to install Browser Secure or any other app that you are not familiar with.
