DustApps ads – intrusive advertisements that show up due to adware infection

DustApps is a potentially unwanted application developed by Crossrider and is classified as adware. Typically, such programs are not installed willingly, so users might notice the “DustApps ads” notifications on Google Chrome or another web browser seemingly out of nowhere. Besides, adware is typically used to promote sponsored websites and collect pay-per-click revenue.
If you have noticed ads by DustApps, it means that you have failed to monitor the installation of the freeware. Alternatively, you could have installed it intentionally when looking for something useful online. Typically, this application is spread by such programs as:
- download managers
- PDF creators
- video streaming/recording software and similar apps.
No matter that this program is not considered malicious, it may cause unwanted activities on your computer. In addition to DustApps ads, it can also track your browsing on the web and may collect your search terms, mostly visited websites, data that you upload when visiting these sites, and similar information. Also, it can make you visit unsafe websites because this app is used by third parties to promoted affiliate websites.
Unfortunately, its affiliates are questionable, and you can never be sure what sites they seek to promote. If you are not willing to deal with such issues, you should remove DustApps virus without hesitation. For that purpose, you should run a full system scan with SpyHunterCombo Cleaner or another reputable anti-spyware.
Note that, for a proper DustApps ads removal, you should also clean your web browsers – either use instructions we provide below or employ an automatic option – FortectIntego.

Potentially unwanted programs are rarely installed intentionally
Have you noticed significant slowdowns of the system, continuous redirects to unknown websites, and commercial advertisements on every website you visit? Then it's obvious that your machine has been affected by adware. You should check Add/Remove programs list and look for a program named DustApps (DustApp) or other suspicious-looking programs.
To avoid such unexpected appearance of doubtful apps, you should NEVER fall into clicking on various pop-up alerts that offer you to update Java, Flash, or Media players because, in most cases, they contain installers of unwanted programs and install them by default once clicked.
Speaking about free software, we always recommend reading End-User's License Agreement, Privacy Policy, comments, reviews of other people and in this way find out if your preferred program is reliable.
After that, make sure that you select the Advanced or Custom installation option and monitor the entire process carefully.
Opt-out of every additional component, such as add-on, plug-in, toolbar, or extension, that is offered to you during installation of another freeware. If you have agreed to install the DustApps plug-in, believing that it will enhance your web browsing experience in any way, we believe that you regret that now.
