AntispywareBot 1.4 is a rogue anti-spyware program. The purpose of these programs is to extort money out of gullible user, they do it by employing scare tactics, such as displaying floods of popups and fake system notifications to “inform” them that their systems are infected. Upon scaring the user, AntispywareBot 1.4 provides him with an answer – the “licensed version” of the program. AntispywareBot 1.4 infects the system by using trojans, such as Zlob or Vundo.

AntispywareBot.com doesn’t contain any contact information and the domain is registered to someone, who goes by the name of “Registration Private”, which is rather weird. AntispywareBot 1.4 is a scam and should be treated as such: do NOT download or buy it and block AntispywareBot.com using your HOSTS file.
