Antivirus Suite is a rogue anti-spyware program, a clone of Antivirus Soft malware. As a typical rogue program, AntivirusSuite is distributed though the use of Trojans, fake online anti-malware scanners, bogus online video websites. It can also come bundled with other malware. Once installed, Antivirus Suite will run a fake system scan and display a list of malware infections on your computer and state that you should purchase the program to remove the infections. However, the scan results are false. The reported infections are either grossly exaggerated or don’t even exist on your computer. This is nothing more but a scam. Don’t buy it! Instead, please us the removal instructions below to remove Antivirus Suite from your computer as soon as possible.

Furthermore, this rogue program will display fake security warnings titled “Windows Security alert” or “Infiltration Alert” on your computer like every one or two minutes. For example, you may see fake pop-ups with the following text:

Windows Security alert
Windows reports that computer is infected. Antivirus software helps to protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. Click here for the scan you computer. Your system might be at risk now.

Windows Security Alert
Application cannot be executed. The file cmd.exe is infected. Do you want to active your antivirus software now?

This is a part of Antivirus Suite. The goal is simple – to make you think that your computer is badly infected by malware. The bad news is that the rogue program will block most of your programs and display “Application can not be executed” error message. It goes without saying that Antivirus Suite virus will block legitimate anti-spyware programs in the first place. That’s why you will have to complete additional steps before you can download malware removal tool.

It will add a proxy server under the LAN settings, so that you cannot browse to any web site other than the site for Antivirus Soft. If you find that your computer is infected with this malware, please use the removal instructions to remove Antivirus Suite and any related malware from your computer. If you have already purchased this bogus software then you should contact your credit card company and dispute the charges.

my computer will not let me enter safe mode at the start. is there any other way around this??

  • Guest

when you start your computer, repeatedly hit the F8 key until it opens the safemode option menu. You may end up starting your computer a few times as timing is of the essence when trying to do so.

Thank you so much. Sites and information like this is very useful

  • Guest

I'm in safe mode but it won't let me open Internet Explorer just Firefox. And it won't let me open Windows Defender either.

  • Guest

im going to see if it works. it wont let me access the internet!!!!!

  • Guest

I was not able to enter safe mode at the start. However following the other instructions seemed to work. If I just do a scan now is that good enough?

  • MK

This worked perfectly. Remember that to enter Safe Mode, you have to shut down and then power back on your machine… a Restart won't go back far enough to hit F8.

    this did Nothing…………..

If you can hit CTRL + ALT + Delete and get Task Manager to run IMMEDIETLY after start-up, BEFORE the AV SUITE program starts, you can then END PROCESS and get control of your computer back. Just remember to stop the ***********ssd.exe file.
