using Internet Exoplorer 7 basic (no upgrades)
not sure if firefox will prevent it, but am fairly certain
havent tried these instructions yet

I deleted the file, which, of course, just sent it to the recycle bin. So, when I tried to clean out the recycle bin, the file remained in it! Help, anyone?
