Even though I had uninstalled it, I couldnt get the search in the address to go back to google (it remained on vosteran.com). I searched everywhere for an answer, but only came up with results for uninstalling, or downloading yet another suspicious program. I purchased Norton and it did not fix the problem.     Mind you, I have avg on my computer. I was cruising on the internet and downloaded a new "update" for flash i ended up getting vosteran. I followed all of these rules but I still missed something, I tried to download spyhunter (i believe thats the name) and every time it hit 14% it froze my computer, I restarted my computer more than 5 times and tried to get rid of it (i uninstalled it too) so im factory restoring it and as soon as it starts up im downloading malwarebytes, this is stressful having it on my computer.     I had same problem with Vosteran virus I went Control Panel Programs and Features uninstall program. went Internet explore at very top type typed in msn.ca or msn.com or google.ca. apply hit okay. closed open browser tools manage add-ons search providers click Bing search apply go down to Vosteran click remove. very simple to do for windows 7-8-8.1
