Spy-Block uses false positives. Free version was tested on clean uninfected computer. Deep system scan was performed. The application found registry entry HKCR\irc related to Twister adware. However, detected entry actually contains safe keys of installed mIRC chat program. mIRC is a fully legitimate software, its default settings cannot violate user privacy and have no relations with Twister. See screenshots below.

Free version refuses to remove any parasites it found and asks to purchase full version.
