TDSSKiller is an antirootkit utility designed to remove malware belonging to the family Rootkit.Win32.TDSS. It may remove rootkits that belong to ZeroAccess and several other families of widespread rootkits and bootkits as well. It has graphical user interface which makes it easy to use but the most important part is that TDSSKiller removes or cures rootkits effectively and for free. The utility supports 32-bit and 64-bit operation systems. It can be run in Normal Mode and Safe Mode. You can also use command line parameters to run the utility TDSSKiller. It is safe to use. This utility is developed by Kaspersky Lab which is a privately held company headquartered in Moscow.
