We do not have phone support line, but we might still help you. However, could you be more specific and tell about which product/service you are talking about? Additionally, if you suspect that some transactions are being made without your consent, you have to contact that company directly and ask for a refund. However, you have to contact your bank too and inform them about unknown transactions. In this way, your bank will be able to stop them in the future.
