Unfortunately, brand new computers might contain pre-installed malware. Such problem might happen in the supply chain. As you probably know, computers and their details can be manufactured in many countries where work regulation is not that strict. Therefore, some shady deals might be done behind developer's back, and malware gets installed in one of the supply chain's steps.
During the past couple of years, pre-installed malware was found on several computer and laptop models. Hence, if you bought an infected device, you should report the issue to the seller or developer.
