You should you should solve this issue directly with your ISP. If you sent spam on purpose, they had a right to disable your accounts. However, if your accounts were compromised by cyber criminals or malware, you should also scan your device with reputable antivirus or anti-malware software and get rid of malware. However, in order to get your accounts activated again, you still need contacting your Internet service provider.
