I have another phone that has been Mercy mercilesslyhat I Believe by a Russian hacker from okay who uses I guess you would call it malware that mask and looks like a Google page but you can tell us not Google cuz it all the sudden masks over the other page he’s been haunting me forever and I can’t get rid of them and everytime I try to change a password he stops me or if I try to remove an account he stops it he is just took me over everything and I can’t get rid of them so I want to send a Gmail with a antiviral cleaner and try to sweep them out once and for all then I need to know how to keep them out yet keep all my information
I believe that my system was hacked. What can I do?

Your problem is not very clear but it looks that you have a malware issue on your phone, yes?
If so, you need a reputable anti-malware tool, you can get it in the App Store, based on the operating system of your mobile device. There is a possibility that the virus is updated, if you already scanned your phone and no malware results showed up. Update the tool or use an alternative program.
There can be a lot of malware creators who disguise their products with Google or Gmail names or appear out of nowhere. Maybe you can provide us with more information?
Scan the device again, clean possible threats if any, and get back to us after that.
