It's obvious that you are dealing with an intrusive browser hijacker known as Banggood.com. It has been around since 2017 and was earlier closely related to Adwizz application. Therefore, if you keep seeing Banggood.com paces on your PC, please check for the mentioned program in the first place.
However, things change and currently, the Banggood.com virus may be distributed via other potentially unwanted programs. It would be great if you would recall what was the last program that you installed. Or maybe you have downloaded some software cracks, torrent, etc. that may lead to malware infection.
Anyway, it may be difficult to eliminate the malware manually due to the multiplicity of related files and programs. The best way to get rid of it is to use a professional anti-malware program. As for the "removal instructions" that you've quoted above. In fact, these are poor instructions as they do not explain how to perform malware removal, but rather list multiple security tools.
In fact, any of these programs (except AdwCleaner) are capable of removing malware like Banggood.com. However, if you noticed that it's one of those tough nuts to crack, you should restart your PC into Safe Mode with Networking and only then run the security software. Following malware removal, it's a must to reset the web browser's settings to default. As in your case, probably you did not reset the web browser, which is why Banggood.com-related plug-in was kept intact and managed to reactivate the malware. Good luck!
