Hello, I am wondering which program I should install to optimize my computer. I came across PC SpeedUp Pro website, and I thought it might be useful! Can you comment on it?

This is totally correct! I downloaded and installed PC SpeedUp Pro to my computer. Then it asked me to call an 877 phone number to activate it. The people answering the phone had such heavy accents that it was very difficult to understand them. After many attempts to 'activate' this program the lady gave me to her supervisor, who after 'checking' into it, told me that my computer had many errors and problems. He insisted that I needed to pay $245 to have them fix what was wrong. I told him that my computer was running fine until I installed their software. I finally got him to understand that I wanted a refund of $39.95 and I uninstalled it. My computer is working fine now. The charges for this are still showing up in my Paypal account with no refund. My question is "How do I get in contact with them and make them give me my refund?"

Oh they are a scam, that's for sure!!
My mother clicked on them and installed the program and no some how thy have TOTALY DISABLED her computer!! Blocked her from EVERYTHING on it. Can't even go in to the system folder to correct anything,

Of course it is its a virus and its very difficult to remove the only way is to reset your computer (not restart and have to delete all the files because they may be infected)
