Previously, security experts from Bitdefender released a decryptor for GandCrab 1, 4 and up through 5.1. Unfortunately, hackers quickly reacted to that, and released 5.2 variant. As of now, the decryptor does not work for it.

In case you were unsuccessful, you should keep the copy of your files and wait till security researchers crack the code of GandCrab 5.2 and release a free decryptor for this version.
