Londec ransomware is a malware strain that is originated in the Djvu/STOP family. Since the appearance of Djvu/Stop ransomware viruses, the release of new versions has been increasing and does not seem to be stopping yet.
If you have been attacked by this particular version, files and documents of yours are locked with the .londec appendix and the _readme.txt ransom message will supposedly appear with its ransom urges from $490 to $980.
It is not recommendable to contact the criminals even though these people will try to convince you about the opposite. By paying the hackers you take risks of getting scammed and receiving completely nothing useful.
A choice for you would be to try to use the STOP decryptor which is capable of unlocking files that have been affected by many versions of the malware. Besides, do not forget to properly backup your data in the future!
