Hello. Uninstalled the program manually. However, I still keep seeing pop-ups. I suspect that it’s due to “leftovers” of FreeGovernmentForms or is it because of another virus? I’d be grateful for your help.

It is likely that the program was not removed entirely or it installed other adware-type programs which cause the emergence of ads.
