I can’t seem to avoid seeing Targetop ads. Every time I open my Chrome browser Targetop Ads come up and block a part of the screen. I tried uninstalling it, but I didn’t even install it, why it is on my installed files list?? And uninstalling did not work also. Please help me remove Targetop ads from my PC
