Thank you for your question. As we can see, you are talking about Wind Browser. Well, this software is assigned to some infamous software categories. It is deemed to be a 'potentially unwanted program' (PUP), and also 'adware'.
This program can be installed together with other free programs, so you have to be very careful whenever you download free programs from the Internet. When you install software, make sure you choose Custom or Advanced installation option (DO NOT choose Default/Standard/Recommended settings). Such installation configuration should provide an additional setup step, which reveals a list of optional applications that are promoted via your selected software. To avoid installing these additions, deselect these proposals to install them.
