If you see .TEST file extension appended to your files, it means that your computer is infected with Test ransomware which is the latest version of CryptoMix virus. Unfortunately, it's impossible to recover files at the moment. However, some of the previous variants of malware are decryptable. Thus, the decryptor might be updated any minute.
Meanwhile, you should remove Test ransomware from the computer (click for removal guide). Once the virus is gone, you can try third-party decryption software and try to recover at least some of the lost data.
