Computer opens web browser at random times and pops a message saying ERROR_LOCAL_USER_BX06DE4897_MD9858. The message says that I must call tech support for help, because the computer is full of problems that need to be fixed asap. Is this just me or such message sounds… a bit phony?

ERROR_LOCAL_USER_BX06DE4897_MD9858 alert in your browser shows that the system is infected with a deceptive malware-type program, which wants you to call tech support scammers. These frauds aim to convince victims to buy needless software or provide credit card information for a bizarre purpose, for instance, "to confirm your identity." You should never call such scams. Most likely the only infection on your computer is ERROR_LOCAL_USER_BX06DE4897_MD9858 virus itself, and to remove it, you should use anti-malware software like FortectIntego.
