unfortunately, there is no official decryptor developed by cybersecurity experts for this ransomware yet. While Matrix is not a freshly-released cryptovirus, its ITLOCK version was presented only several weeks ago. To recover encrypted files, you can use backups. Normally, they should be saved regularly. If you don't have them, try third-party tools from this guide to recover at least some of your encrypted files: https://www.2-spyware.com/remove-matrix-ransomware.html
Please, do NOT consider contacting cybercriminals for their decryptor. First of all, you can be scammed out of your money and being given the tool which either doesn't work or is infected with even more malware. Finally, there have been numerous cases when hackers, after taking people's money, left their victims with nothing, e.g. https://www.forbes.com/sites/leemathews/2018/03/09/why-you-should-never-pay-a-ransomware-ransom/ You should take this as a hard lesson for your company and, after making needed changes to prevent such losses in the future, move on.
