I am having the PDF Converter Chrome hijacker issue. I purchased the Reimage software to fix it but it didn’t fix the problem.
Can someone help me. I want a refund if this can’t detect and get rid of.
Thanks,
Mike Shevlin

Browser hijacking issues sometimes cannot be solved automatically, as the culprit may be related to settings on your Google Chrome web browser.
Therefore, if you are suffering from redirects, pop-ups, sponsored links, and other annoying browser issues, it is highly likely that you have an unwanted extension installed on your Chrome. To remove unwanted extensions, please follow these steps:
1. Click on three dots at the top-right corner of the Google Chrome window.
2. Move your mouse to "More Tools" and then select "Extensions."
3. Remove extensions you don't recognize, such as "PDF Converter," or similar. See if the problem persists.
You should also try to disable push notifications from unknown sites:
1. Click on three dots at the top-right corner of the Google Chrome window.
2. Select "Settings"
3. Scroll down and pick "Advanced."
4. Scroll down once again and click on "Site Settings."
5. Select "Notifications"
6. Locate the "Allow" section and look for suspicious websites
7. If you find an unwanted website listed, click on three dots near it and select "Block."
Delete web browsing data as follows:
1. Go back to "Settings" > "Advanced."
2. Scroll down and pick "Clear browsing data."
3. Under "Time range," pick "All time."
4. Select all boxes and click on "Clear data."
And finally, if all this fails, you should reset Google Chrome as instructed in the following article: https://www.2-spyware.com/remove-pdfconverter-pro.html#h-google-chrome.
If you still want a refund for Reimage Repair, please contact the program's customer support by filling up an online form here, or sending an email with an inquiry at product@reimage.com.
Good luck.
