You apparently are dealing with a version of the ransomware known by the name of Matrix virus. This ATKL variant came out recently and is not fully analyzed yet, but we can base our tips and solutions on the previously known variants and the Matrix ransomware itself.
The most concerning thing for you is probably data, so we should determine that this version is NOT DECRYPTABLE.
Nevertheless, you need to remove the virus completely before you can go through all the other file restoring options. Any traces of the malware can affect the state of your machine and even trigger additional encryption or different malicious processes.
The best reaction to this infection is getting the anti-malware tool and running that on the computer to tackle all the possible intruders and terminate the infection entirely. Once that is done, you can manage the data recovery and system repair.
As for file restoring, you have fewer options because of the fact that this is not a decryptable version. You can use your backups from external devices or cloud services and replace affected data using those file copies. Also, thrid-party tools designed to recover files can also help you to get encrypted files back.
Paying the ransom is not the option, you should take that seriously and clean the infection with proper AV tools instead.
Good luck,
