ACCDFISA v2.0 might be a stubborn ransomware virus. However, if you can remove it neither in Safe Mode nor using System Recovery, you might need to get rid of it manually. However, it's a complicated and risky task, so before you begin, we suggest trying previous methods a couple of times again. If it still doesn't help, follow these steps:
1. Open Windows Task Manager and open Processes tab. Locate dangerous processes, right-click each of the entry and select "Open File Location". Check these files with online malware scanners and if they are malicious, open their folder, end affected processes and delete their folders.
2. Delete ransomware-related entries from Windows Registry. Search for the entries that have virus name or the term "ransomware" and delete these entries.
3. In the Windows search box, type the following entries:
%AppData%
%LocalAppData%
%ProgramData%
%WinDir%
%Temp%
4. Delete everything that is in Temp folders.
After that, we highly recommend scanning the computer with malware removal program in order to check if all malicious components are removed from the computer.
Sincerely,
2-spyware team.
