My computer was having Microsoft/ codes/ flashing, on impulse I panic & call their number 1-877-201-8603, the person who spoke to me took me for a ride, askiing for $99 USD, helpme.net/ scam that they are, how can I get their files off my computer once & for all & cost nothing to me & future headaches?
