My server is infected with a kind of ransomeware virus, do you provide any kind of service, with cost obiously to clean/repair and fire recovery or just file recovery?

Could you specify which ransomware virus has infected your server? Maybe it appended some file extension or left a ransom note where the name of the virus is provided? This information is needed in order to guide you through data recovery. Some file-encrypting viruses are decryptable and have specific decryption software. However, others are not. From your provided information, we can only suggest you running the scan with malware removal software to remove the virus and try to restore files with Data Recovery Pro or use backups.
