My Winzip charged me (through Cleverbridge) yesterday for my annual subscription. The email came through yesterday, Sep 8, saying it download link was only only good for that day, Sep 8. I did not open the email until today. I tried to go through the steps, but when it came to the registration page, it would not accept my registration.
I tried to call their 24-7 telephone, but no one answered.
Meanwhile, they have my money.

This program is legitimate and safe to use but many people complained about various issues regarding the tool and silent activities. We cannot help you with the money loss issue since we are not the creator or provider of this application. Try contacting the developers again.
