We are sorry to hear that helpme@freespeechmail.org ransomware has infected your machine and already encrypted some of the data. As you have mentioned, up till not it has affected only .doc and .txt files, so it means that hackers are still working on your machine and encoding the files. Thus, the sooner you will take needed actions to remove helpme@freespeechmail.org virus, the less damage it will cause. Luckily, Kaspersky Lab has introduced a data for data decryption, which is known as RakhniDecryptor. This software can decrypt all the files that helpme@freespeechmail.org corrupts, but, unfortunately, cannot get rid of the ransomware infection. Therefore, we highly recommend you to eliminate the infection using SpyHunter or another anti-spyware and then running file decryption software. We hope that you will get back all the damaged data.
Generally speaking, never pay the ransom since that may cause further issues, such as money loss from your bank account. By the way, that will not gran that all encrypted data will be restored. Last, but not least, we would like to encourage you to think of the immunity of your personal data and start making backups regularly.
