We are sorry to hear that you are dealing with this malicious cyber infection. LockBit is a known virus, which has several variants at its back. Despite being malicious, it can be easily detected by most AV engines and successfully removed. Therefore, if your server has been attacked, select a powerful software and eliminate LockBit immediately.
As for decrypted files, currently, there's no LockBit decryption tool available. Cybersecurity experts did not manage to crack the encryption algorithm of this virus yet. One of the worst, though possibly working way to return files is to pay the ransom, but we highly do not recommend that. Instead, make copies of the locked files and databases and remove the ransomware from the system.
If the AV engine runs, but in vain, try an alternative security tool and make sure to launch it while in Safe Mode with Networking. Otherwise, it may be blocked by the ransomware or display incorrect scan results. Upon ransomware removal, try to retrieve data using Data Recover Pro or alternative third-party recovery tools. You can find more information about LockBit removal and data recovery possibilities in this virus removal guide.
Good luck,
