I think my laptop has some Product Key Update virus running on it. I suspect that this Windows Activate window it send me is related to tech support scammers, because it provides a technical support number that I can call if I cannot activate Windows. However, this pop-up window does not look professionally made, and it doesn’t even look similar to Windows activation window I saw when I bought my computer. What should I do now?

You are right - Product Key Update virus IS related to tech support scammers. If you are not eager to see these fake alerts every day, you should remove Product Key Update malware from your computer. We strongly suggest you to use an anti-malware software for that.
