Thank you for the inquiry. Before you even think of the data retrieval, you should eliminate the threat permanently. Install an anti-spyware program. It will delete the virus in a blink of an eye. However, it does not decode the locked information. There are such programs as PhotoRec or R-studio which might be of any use.
