You are absolutely right. Seeing advertisements that are marked with suspicious tags on Amazon is not normal because Amazon usually displays its own advertisements. The ads marked as "Ads by RightTopDeals" mean that your web browser has been infected with adware-type program, which has replaced Amazon's ads and now presents you with the sponsored ones. No matter that the majority of RightTopDeals ads seem interesting and contain links to quite popular web pages, you should not trust them because some part of them may be linked to corrupted third party web pages. Thus, to fix those advertisements and restore your web browser's settings, use FortectIntego or remove the adware manually by following this guide (page2): RightTopDeals removal instructions.
