Hi… I have no one to help me solve this problem, so i will ask you. The problem is, I have recently installed a program which looked safe, however, I think somehow I have installed some malware with it. Every day I get a ton of fake-looking ads by Voluumtrk. What is this? I cannot control these ads in any way – whenever i close them, they appear again and again. Can you explain how can I fix this? Thank you so much.
