racarpdll.dll, is esential for ur computer, however mirosoft antispyware beta1 mis interpurpted it as another known virus, do u still have the file in quarantine?

When using Microsoft Beta1anti-spyware tool, i deleted the all the problems that it found in my computer includng the component racarpdll.dll . Now every time i start up my computer the system says RUNDLL - racarpdll.dll is missing. why is that and how can i fix it. Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta1 said in its log that i had RBot components installed in this machine.
