I have been looking for information about Osiris decryption tools everywhere but there’s none ! Can it even be possible? That .osiris cannot be decrypted at all?
Can files encrypted by Osiris virus be decrypted???

Osiris virus is the same old Locky virus - just an updated version of it. Malware analysts desperately try to find an antidote for Locky, however, this virus is so far the most sophisticated malicious virus, and although we are not here to praise malware authors, we have to say that Locky virus authors make no mistakes and act professionally. So far none of Locky's versions contained flaws that would allow malware analysts to create a decryption tool. Therefore, the only way to recover lost files is to use those stored in a backup.
