HEY. I found out that all my files feature weird extensions and I cannot open them anymore… Only then I read that this is a symptom of a ransomware virus hijacking computers 🙁 Is there some kind of decryptor, which could unlock the files? I desperately need it, I feel like i have been robbed of my files… 🙁

However you can still try to retrieve at least some of your documents using data retrieval software such as PhotoRec, Kaspersky virus-fighting utilities or R-Studio. If none of the mentioned programs work, you should simply remove the virus from your computer. It is not safe keeping it installed as it can infect your new files, external storages and cause other damage to your computer.
