Driver Support is a rogue software that is being distributed bundled with freeware. It may get installed onto the system without being noticed and start foisting its license in various ways.
Powerful anti-malware with updated definitions should list Driver Support as a PUP or rogue and eliminate it with one click. To get rid of it, we would strongly recommend you to run a scan with Reimage.
Regarding the license of the Driver Support for which you've been charged, try to find the Driver Support customer support contacts and email them with a complaint that you did not subscribed the service.
