Hi, my anti-virus program has detected Nemucod Trojan on the system, but my files are encrypted, too! The virus left a ransom note for me, asking for 0.48307 BTC. Is there a way to remove all malware from the system and make it safe again? Should I reinstall Windows?
I believe I was infected with Nemuod ransomware (nelocker virus?!)

It seems that you have a computer full of Nemucod-related malware. This Trojan is widely known for its ability to download additional malware to the system. To remove all of these viruses away, we suggest running several system scans with anti-malware software. You must use a trustworthy anti-malware software. If possible, run anti-virus and then anti-spyware program. You can decrypt your files using Nelocker decrypter, but you must remove malware from the system first. Use FortectIntego or similar software to clean the system. Find more info on Nelocker ransomware here.
