Djvur is a STOP/Djvu ransomware variant from early January 2019. You used STOPDecrypter judging from what you have pasted, but this tool is relatively outdated and only worked for cases when malware used an offline key to lock all data on the device.
Before you attempt to recover data, please make sure you copy them over to a DVD, USB flash, or another external storage. Then remove the ransomware with the help of anti-malware software.
