My Windows Defender (Windows 10) continues to tell me that it detects a threat from this virus win32/Tiggre! , even after it was quarantined and removed. And now my command prompt appears and then disappears randomly. I can’t find signs of the virus, but I’m afraid that it might be hiding somewhere

The problem might be that Windows Defender hasn't cleaned all components related to win32/Tiggre!. Therefore, you should obtain another ant-virus or anti-malware program and check the system again. Nevertheless, Microsoft tells that Windows Defender is powerful enough for full computer's protection; it's not always true. So, you should try scanning your device with another software.
Another problem might be that this Trojan win32/Tiggre!rfn may have compromised some keys in Windows registry. For this reason, you see the odd behavior of Command Prompt. Hence, you may need to fix the registry. We do not recommend doing it manually because it's really hard to do it. You should use tools like Reimage that can check your computer for malware and fix corrupted registry keys or other system files.

All of this happened after lending a USB to a friend to use. When I got it back and used it, Windows Defender immediately started screaming, and nothing has been the same since. My fault, and a hard lesson learned. Never again.
